How the 2025 Harvest Went on Our Farms

Between late November and early January, we carried out another harvest on our two farms, Las Violetas and Patagonia Fresca. It was weeks of intense work that we want to share with you today, because behind every cherry there's a lot more than just a growing season. The results were substantial: - More than 150,000 kg of fruit harvested across both farms. - 24 pickers working day after day, up on ladders with their picking bags. - 8 supervisors coordinating the logistics needed to keep everything running. The entire harvest was done completely by hand, by people from different parts of our country. Most came from Tucumán, with others from nearby regions like Chaco and Santiago del Estero, joining a job that demands effort, precision, and commitment. This same fruit is what we export around the world, and it's also the raw material we use in our distillery. Every cherry picked by those hands and carried in those bags ends up being, one way or another, part of what later reaches other tables and other countries. It fills us with pride to generate real work for people from our country. Everyone who climbs a ladder at Las Violetas or Patagonia Fresca is, through their effort, holding up a fundamental part of what we do. We're already thinking about next year's harvest, and about all the people who have stood by us since 2000 through every stage of this process. To them, thank you.
