Privacy Policy

At D&S Destilería we respect your privacy. This policy explains, in simple terms, what information is handled through this website.

What Data This Site Collects

This site is informational and does not have its own user registration system, database, or analytics/tracking services (tracking cookies, advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or others). The only data collected is what you yourself enter into one of the site's contact forms (homepage or Contact page), as detailed below.

Contact Forms

Both the homepage form and the Contact page form send the details you fill in (name, email, and message) to our mailbox at [email protected] so we can reply to you. That submission is processed through a Cloudflare Function (where this site is hosted) and the Resend email service, which acts solely as a data processor to deliver that message — it is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with anyone else. Because Resend operates from outside Argentina, this involves an international transfer of the data you send us through this channel, in accordance with the requirements of Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data. We do not use your contact details for any other purpose (marketing, mailing lists, etc.) without your express consent.

Embedded Third-Party Services

Both contact forms (homepage and Contact page) include a Cloudflare anti-spam check (Turnstile), and the Contact page also includes an embedded Google Maps map. When you load those pages, Google and Cloudflare may receive technical data about your visit (such as your IP address) in accordance with their own privacy policies, which are independent of Las Violetas S.A.S.

Your Rights

As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request the deletion of any information you have sent us by email, by writing to [email protected]. Argentina's Agency of Access to Public Information, as the enforcement authority for Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints related to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

Changes to This Policy

If we add tools in the future that genuinely collect data (for example, a connected newsletter service), we will update this page to clearly reflect that.
