Spirits born in the Chubut River Valley
We're a family-run distillery in the lower valley of the Chubut River, in Patagonia. We grow our own raw material and turn it into spirits and aperitifs that are born and made in the very same place.
We work in small batches and stay involved in every stage of the process, from growing and harvesting to distilling and bottling. This direct link with our raw material lets us take care of every detail and create products that reflect the place where they're born.
Gaiman
Chubut, Patagonia
We're a company of Las Violetas S.A.S.
The same family that has been growing cherries on our farms in Gaiman since 2000 owns this distillery: Las Violetas S.A.S. grows the fruit, D&S turns it into spirits. That's why there are no intermediaries between the harvest and the bottle — the same family that plants and harvests is the one that distills.
