These terms govern purchases made through the online store of D&S Destilería at www.destileriadys.com. By confirming a purchase, you declare that you have read and accepted them.
Who is selling

For adults 18 and over only
Under Argentine Law No. 24,788, the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under eighteen (18) years of age is prohibited. By purchasing, you confirm that you are of legal age. Orders are delivered only to persons over 18, who may be asked for an ID to prove it; if there is no adult available to receive the order, it will not be delivered.
Products, prices and stock
Prices are in Argentine pesos and include VAT. Shipping is not included and is shown before payment. Prices and stock may change without notice; the valid price is the one shown when payment is confirmed. Photos are for illustration only: the label, batch or harvest may vary.
How to place an order
You choose your bottles on this site and add them to the cart. When you continue, you enter your details and move on to the secure checkout of our sales platform (Tiendanube), where you choose the shipping or pickup option and the payment method. The purchase is confirmed once payment is credited; we send you the confirmation by email.
Shipping and pickup
For now we ship only within Argentina. The available options, their cost and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout based on your postal code. You can also arrange free pickup in Gaiman, Chubut. Delivery times are estimates and run from the date payment is credited.
Invoicing
Every purchase is invoiced electronically with the details you enter at checkout. Please check them before paying: once issued, the invoice cannot be changed.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article 34 of Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240, you may cancel your purchase within ten (10) calendar days from the day you received the product, at no cost or liability and without having to give a reason. To do so, use the Right of Withdrawal button: we will give you a request code and arrange to collect the product, which must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. We refund the amount using the same payment method you used.
Because these are beverages for consumption, every bottle leaves the distillery sealed, with its security seal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the bottle must be returned closed, with the seal intact, unused and in its original packaging, if any. We refund the amount once we receive the product and verify that it arrived in those conditions. Collection costs are covered by us.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives with a broken or leaking bottle, or different from what you bought, write to us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the package and the product, at [email protected]. We will replace it or refund your money, at no cost to you. This does not limit the legal warranty you are entitled to under Law No. 24,240.
Personal data
The details you enter to make a purchase are used only to process, deliver and invoice your order. More details in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints and consumer protection
If you have any problem, write to us first: most issues are solved quickly. You also have the right to file a complaint with the enforcement authority: Argentina's National Consumer Protection Office — file a complaint here.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Without prejudice to the rights that Law No. 24,240 grants to the buyer (including the jurisdiction of the courts of their place of residence), the ordinary courts of the Province of Chubut shall have jurisdiction.
