Destilería D&S Is Now Up and Running in Gaiman

In early December 2025, the machinery we'd been waiting for arrived in Gaiman: stills, fermenters, and all the equipment needed to take a key step in our history. With the equipment now installed, we officially launched Destilería D&S. It wasn't just flipping a switch — it was the result of months of planning that have now become infrastructure of our own, ready to produce. This step increases our production capacity and reinforces the long-term vision we have as a distillery. This infrastructure supports every spirit in our portfolio and lays the groundwork for what comes next. With the distillery now running, we're already working on the next releases to come out of this house. It's a step we're genuinely proud of, and one that marks the start of a new chapter for Destilería D&S. We'll keep you posted on every step forward.
