The Spirit line is our gins, the most botanical, modern, and expressive side of everything we do. Each label blends its own inspiration, giving it a singular, incomparable personality. It's the line that speaks the bar's language best, and the one most willing to reinterpret the botanicals of the south.
Ritual Line
The Ritual line brings together our aperitifs, made for that pause among friends or family. They're lower-proof, refreshing drinks with the fruit clearly present, made to mark the moment of getting together. It's the line of the toast and the shared afternoon, an age-old tradition told anew: of the five, the most social and the most shared.
Body Line
The Body line is our eaux de vie, clear spirits where the fruit shows itself with no detours. Here, the land becomes spirit with almost no steps in between, with all the transparency and distilling craft on full display. Blumen is the brand through which, with a precise, restrained aesthetic, we honor the purity of each variety.
Time Line
The Time line brings together our aged spirits, brandies resting in barrels. It's our most exclusive line, limited production with numbered editions, where every bottle adds one more layer to our story. Australis goes out into the world with a quiet, patient identity, one that points back to Patagonia's deep history — the same land that gives us fruit today once left other traces, in other strata, millions of years ago.
Roots Line
The Roots line is the one that best represents where we come from — in it, we commemorate moments and stories from our family and turn them into unique special editions: every Roots bottle has its own reason for existing, and that's what defines its singularity.
Everything we make comes from the same land, but not all the fruit is headed for the same destination. At Destilería D&S we've created five product lines, each with its own character: Spirit, reinvented in every drink; Ritual, made to be shared; Body, revealed in its purest state; Time, aged in the barrel; and Roots, which remind us where we come from. This is our way of telling, bottle by bottle, everything we've learned from this Patagonian land.
