Nothing here happens by chance — which makes for a fitting name: Azar. This gin is a special edition of our cherry gin, born from the search for a more intense, deeper expression of the fruit. Its signature red color comes from macerating cherry raisins, which give the spirit greater aromatic complexity and a fruit-forward, enveloping, one-of-a-kind profile.
